Description of the service

The service provided is a 12-month contract that gives access to 60GB per month for use within Australia.


This service is available to new, recontracting and current customers.


This service is not conditional on any bundling arrangements.

Handset requirements

You will require an unlocked mobile handset. If your handset is locked, you will not be able to use any SIM card from a different provider.

If you are unsure if your phone is locked, you will need to contact your previous service provider. Unlocking fees may apply.

Minimum term

The minimum term for this service is 12 months.

Minimum monthly charge

The minimum monthly charge for this service is $65.

Minimum total cost

The minimum total cost for this service is $780.
Included Value

60GB of data per month ($0.0011 per MB) 

If you use more than your included data, we will automatically add a further 1GB of data for $10 ($0.0098 per MB) up to a maximum of 150GB extra data per month.  Data is calculated in kilobytes and includes all uploads and downloads.

Any unused data expires at the end of each billing cycle and will not roll over to the following month.

Cancellation fees

The maximum early termination charge for this plan is $780, which is reduced by the minimum monthly charge of $65 for every month completed on the contract term. After this contract term is finished no early termination charges apply.

Plan changes

You can change your plan to another service during your contract term if you change to a plan with a higher monthly access fee. A fee may apply if you change your plan.


We will email you your bill after each billing cycle and you must pay your bill by the due date.  If you do not pay your bill by the due date, we may charge you a late payment fee.

If you elect to receive paper bills, you will incur a $2.50 monthly fee.
